Now that we're reaching the end of the production, I wanted to take this time to thank you properly for all of your excellent work as unit publicist on The Secret of Moonacre. You have been a joy to work with, contributing above and beyond what was required for the job. Let me highlight just a few outstanding elements of your role on the film.

Coming onto the production later than normal, you adapted yourself to the changing needs of our schedule with aplomb and good grace. You breezed through the difficulties of working in both UK and Hungary, and fitted seamlessly into the crew, supervising both the stills photographer and EPK crews with good humour and clear directions. You also assisted the production with firm negotiating when it was required of outside service providers.

Your work with the actors, director and production heads was exemplary. You set them at ease, drew them out into wonderfully pithy soundbites with your canny interview questions, and were there with sound professional advice for our lead, a newcomer to the industry. I know the actors all respected you immensely and happily granted you the access you needed.

Your imagination and dedication to collecting the material for our EPK, behind-the-scenes, and other DVD extras has given us so much more than we could have hoped for, all huge bonuses for the marketing of the film. The fact that much of this material was gathered on your own initiative, and above what we had originally asked for, speaks to your great energy and enthusiasm for the projects you are working on.

Then we come to the production notes which, in a word, were superlative. I know that the publicists at Warner Bros. were equally impressed, saying that they were the best production notes they had ever read! I concur.

On a personal note, let me add how much I have enjoyed working with you and getting to know you. I hope that I very soon have another project up for you to work on. I know that I have found my publicist for all future projects.
